We use the personal information we collect only for the following purposes:

  1. Waitlist communications: To send you updates about our product launch, early access invitations, and information relevant to the service you expressed interest in.
  2. Site operations: To operate and improve the jobtelo.com website, analyze aggregate traffic patterns, and diagnose technical issues.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. This is our firm practice, regardless of whether applicable law requires it.

We may share your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Site and manage our waitlist. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function and may not use it for any other purpose. Current service providers include:

  • Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form submission processing. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, court order, or a valid request from a government authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of our users or others.

Business Transfers: If the Company is acquired, merges with another entity, or undergoes a similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your email address on the waitlist until the earlier of:

  1. You unsubscribe or request deletion (see Your Privacy Rights below); or
  2. We determine the product will not launch and we wind down the waitlist; or
  3. We migrate to a customer relationship management (CRM) system, at which point the data will move subject to this policy.

We do not retain email addresses indefinitely. Once you unsubscribe, we will remove your address from active mailing lists within 10 business days. Some residual backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being purged from backup systems.

Web server and analytics logs (which may include IP addresses and browser information) are retained for up to 12 months for security and operational purposes, then deleted.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The jobtelo.com waitlist site is intentionally minimal. We aim to use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (such as Plausible or Umami) that do not set persistent tracking cookies or build individual user profiles.

If we add any tracking tools that set cookies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

We do not use:

  • Third-party advertising cookies
  • Cross-site tracking pixels
  • Social media tracking scripts

  • Request deletion: Ask us to delete your personal information. We will honor this request subject to any legal obligations to retain records.
  • Withdraw consent: Where we rely on consent to process your data, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we collect, including HTTPS encryption on all pages of jobtelo.com, access controls limiting who at our company can access waitlist data, and use of reputable third-party service providers with their own security practices.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you in the event of a data breach where required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for business owners and professionals in the field-service industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
